The salvage
case with a sailing yacht "Yolaine",is about a damage to the yacht on the hull during the tide period of October 25th,at Porlock Bay.
She was aground and in effect sunk because there was a hole in her starboard side.A lot of salvors participated in the case with a successful result and they ask for a salvage reward.The court decision described in the power point with all details of this case.
